Dear Unique Swimming Families,
 
Holiday Pajama Fundraiser
Welcome to our first fundraiser of the swim season! We are kicking off a Pajama Fundraiser just in time for the holiday season! Here’s how it works….
1.       Go to the website http://pajamafundraiser.com. Click on the various styles and fabric selections of pajamas available for order. You won’t believe the styles available! These are the same fabrics and pajamas that are sold at major department stores! Each piece or set costs $30 ($25 plus $5 shipping).   Select what you wish to order for yourself or as gifts for others!   
 
2.      Read the FAQs, which are details on this fundraiser. The FAQs can be found on the Unique website under the tab “Fundraising”. This may help with questions your or others have regarding ordering pajamas.
 
3.      Print off an order sheet from the Unique website at http://www.teamunify.com/vsus/. The order sheet on the pajamafundraiser.com site is ok, but it’s difficult to read when printed. So we’ve created a Unique one of our own.   You will notice that some items have a NA next to them. Some items will no longer be available as this fundraiser continues. Every other day or so, a new order sheet will be uploaded to the Unique website with newly unavailable items! So order quickly! They seem to be going fast!
 
4.      Please forward this email to friends and families and take orders from others! Unique makes money when you and others order pajamas!
 
5.      Bring your orders and checks (no credit cards) to swim practice EACH Tuesday at 6:30pm and give them to Coach Marc Rios or your PJ Coordinator (Angie Ebel). You can contact her at aebel@chkd.org. Orders are mailed out each Friday from the company.

How does Unique benefit from the fundraiser?
Pajamafundraiser.com donates profits to Unique Aquatics, LLC! With a selection of items to choose from, you are sure to find something to fulfill your shopping list AND the proceeds benefit our team. 
 
How do I order? Can we order online?
Orders can be placed by the Pajama Coordinator (Angie Ebel) either by mail, email, or in person. Orders must be paid in full before the items will be ordered from the companies.
How do I pay for the orders? How can my customers pay for their orders? 
If you personally are making a purchase, mail your order form and check payable to Unique Aquatics, LLC to:  Angela Ebel, 14433 Ramos Way, Carrollton VA 23314. Your customers should mail their checks directly to you, made payable to Unique Aquatics LLC. You will then turn in orders and payments to Angie Ebel.
I have friends in other parts of the country that love the gifts! Can they order?
Absolutely! All orders benefit Unique! Spread the word—the more people who participate, the better! You can forward this, or ask them to visit pajamafundraiser.com for more information. They send their orders to you while completing some shopping AND benefitting Unique.

Is the price per item or per outfit? 
The price is $25 for 3 items, plus $5 shipping & handling. Women's PJS - which is pants and a top - are considered ONE item, a robe is one, long sleeved sleep shirt is one, pants are one, etc. The 'mix and match separates' page demonstrates how you can design a coordinated gift package of pajamas, a sleep shirt, and a robe for only $25 + $5 shipping & handling! So, WOW! $30 for 3 items! 
 
Please note that the $5 shipping cost covers shipping from the manufacturer to our Fundraising Coordinator, who will deliver them to you as the ‘Agent.’ You are responsible to ship the items to your friends in other areas.  
 
What is the sizing like for the pajamas?
The women’s (xxl), missy & men’s are a generous fit – do not order the next larger size because they are very roomy. They are sized for the ‘middle’ of the size range – so if you’re sometimes a ‘big’ 12, don’t order the 10-12; go for the 14-16. The Juniors items run small. So a “2” is really a 0-2. 
 
Are returns possible with pajamas?
Returns are made only for damaged merchandise – not for incorrect sizing.
How quickly do our pajamas arrive?
Orders from pajamafundraisers.com are ordered as often as possible, but are shipped in quantities of 48 pieces. Once Unique has sold 48 pieces, the shipment is sent to our Fundraising Coordinator.  Then they will be delivered or picked up by you to deliver.
 
 
I would love to see a sample of some of the fabrics. Is that possible?
Fabric swatches are not available but check with the Fundraising Coordinators to see a pajamas sample. These are the very same pajamas sold by Abercrombie & Fitch, Ralph Lauren and at department stores such as Nordstrom, so you will appreciate the quality and the incredible value. 
I noticed some items are out of stock on the pajamasfundraiser.com website. Why is that?
Fundraising is not the primary business for this company; it is this company’s way to help organizations! So some fabric and items run out quickly because groups purchase large quantities of inventory from this manufacturer. Once inventory on an item runs out, that style/size will no longer be available.
If you want to make sure that an item is in stock, check the Unique website for the most recent order form. Our PJ Coordinator will be checking the PJ site daily for out of stock items and will be making changes to the order form. Please let your customers know that the NA items are out of stock.
